16U Girls Water Polo is a competitive level where athletes focus on advanced skills, tactical awareness, and physical fitness. Players continue to develop their technique in passing, shooting, and defending while learning to execute complex game strategies in a fast-paced environment. Full rules are used, and teamwork, discipline, and communication are key to success. This stage prepares girls for high school varsity play, elite club competition, and potential opportunities at the national level.
