VC League rules: 

 1 - one time out per game 

2 - ties go to shoot out 

3 - games with a 10 point spread will go into running time

Suggestions if matched up against a less experienced team

1. Stop the counter attack and set up 4 pass minimum 

2. Stop the counter attack and run the clock down to five seconds before attempting to shoot 

3. Pass the ball around from one to five and into center for a shot 

4. Pass the ball around from one to five and back and into Center for a shot 

5. Everybody on your roster must score only once. Sometimes it takes a long time to get some players a goal. 

6. Score on man up situation only. So must earn the ejection 

7. Pass offhand only 

8. Shoot offhand only 

9. Play light defense, hand up no press given the team a chance to score and your goalie a chance to block. 

10. Play Man down offense, Sub one before the counter attack respectfully.
